About the Conference

The Women Arise Conference is more than a gathering. It is a movement of courage, recognition, healing, leadership, and legacy. It is a space created for women from all walks of life to come together, rise above limitation, honor their stories, and step into the next level of their God-given purpose.

The heart of this conference is rooted in the belief that women should not have to wait to be celebrated, affirmed, recognized, or reminded of their worth. The theme, “Tell Me Now,” speaks to the urgency of honoring people while they can still hear it, feel it, and receive it. It is a call to speak life now, celebrate women now, and give recognition now — not someday, not later, not after the moment has passed.

The Women Arising movement began from Violet Hobokela’s desire not to rise alone, but to bring other women with her. The foundation document describes the conference as “more than an event,” calling it “a movement,” “a mandate,” and “a moment in history” where women stopped waiting for permission and chose to arise.

Tell Me Now

Tell Me Now is an invitation to stop delaying honor, encouragement, healing conversations, and meaningful recognition.

It reminds every woman in the room:

This theme is powerful because it reaches the heart. It challenges women, families, leaders, businesses, and communities to stop waiting for perfect timing and begin speaking words of affirmation, courage, gratitude, and truth while they can still be received.

The sponsorship proposal explains that “while I can still hear & feel it” creates a sense of urgency because recognition has an expiration date. It also describes the theme as personal, sensory, unifying, and a call to action.
